The Name
In the Ramayana, Hanuman is asked to find a single plant that can save a dying man. He does not know which plant it is. He lifts the entire mountain and brings it back. He does this because no one else will.
The family that built this company chose his name because that is the work — to do what others said could not be done, in service of something that helps people.
The Family
Golden Hanuman is a family company. The family holds the license, runs the floor, and answers for the work.
The credential was issued in January 2026, following selection through the 2024 cannabis lottery. We treat it as something to live up to.
What We Make
More than a century of combined cannabis experience among the people who do the work — rolling, infusing, formulating, filling, finishing. Six product categories. We make them the same way.
No. 01
Some product calls for the hand. Some product calls for the cone. We do both, well, and we are not precious about which method finishes which SKU. The cone hopper is not the enemy; sloppy grinding is, sloppy weighing is, sloppy filtering is. We measure, we sort, we feel the density before the paper closes. The draw is the receipt — and the receipt comes from the team, not from the equipment list.
No. 02
Live resin and solventless hash, applied with restraint. The infusion supports the flower; it does not replace it. We work at a pace that preserves terpene presence rather than punishing it through high heat. The cost is time. The return is what the flower was already trying to say.
No. 03
We fill to a standard. The oil comes from extraction partners we trust — for now. Our own extraction line is under construction; the people who will run it have already done this work, in places they could not put on a résumé. Until then: the hardware matters, the fill rate matters, the oxygen exposure matters. We treat the small numbers like they count, because they do.
No. 04
Our facility carries the rare combination of a cannabis-manufacturer credential and a Food & Beverage Endorsement from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Gummies and chocolate, finished to a standard the food industry would recognize. The first product brand on this line is named Zen. Its first anchor SKU is named NiteNite. More to come, in time.

Balms and salves for the body, formulated alongside the food and beverage line and under the same endorsement. The skin is an organ. The same standard applies. We do not promise medical outcomes we have not earned the right to promise.

The Building
Our facility occupies the former Stack Silk Mill — a nineteenth-century manufacturing building older than the cannabis industry by more than a century. Goods have been made carefully here since long before our names were on the door. We are the latest occupants of that lineage, and we try to be worthy of it.
The address is on every package we ship and every invoice we send. The work happens where the address says it does.
